Local Finance is hiring a dependable and motivated Assistant Manager to support daily branch operations, serve customers, and help grow the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in lending and tax services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Process loan applications and payments
• Assist with tax preparation (training available)
• Perform collection activities (calls, letters, occasional field visits)
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and daily deposits
• Keep records, reports, and files organized and accurate
• Help grow the branch through customer outreach and relationship building
• Follow all company policies and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Reliable with strong attendance
• Good communication and people skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge

Preferred (Not Required)

• Customer service, collections, or finance experience
• Tax preparation experience
