Assistant Manager

• Manage all aspects of operating a Gong Cha outlet and responsible for managing and leading a team whilst driving sales.
• Managing staff cost and schedules.
• Oversee day-to-day operations.
• Ensure high quality of customer experience is taking place.
• Ensure team members are adhering to company's policies and procedures.
• Stock handling, stock control and stock cost management.
• Driving sales to meet given targets and grow sales.
