What they need
- Responsible for smooth running of the daily operations of the assembly & secondary process
- Responsible for achieving all target and quality indicators as and when determined by management, through efficiency of workforce.
- Required to supervise daily housekeeping procedures to ensure cleanliness and as well as tidiness of work place.
- Required to ensure maximum attendance of subordinates and to maintain an attendance record, also required to reprimand subordinates.
- Require to create and provide a desirable work place and to ensure a co-operative workforce amongst subordinates.
- Responsible to undertake operational troubleshooting
- Required to entertain reasonable complaints from other section or other department and to immediately act upon it.
- Carry out other duties as and when instructed by superiors from time to time.
