About Us:

JMK Investments, Inc. is a property management company based in Santa Clara, CA, currently owning and/or operating over 2,000 apartment units throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento. Our goal is to have happy renters, successful properties, and a streamlined business model. To help us with this goal, we are looking for a team player who can help us meet or exceed occupancy goals through great customer service, marketing, and sales skills.

About the Job:

• Schedules and provides unit tours with prospective residents
• Answer phone calls and emails from current and prospective residents
• Update and maintain prospective resident contact database
• Assist with application intake, verification, and screening
• Regularly complete market surveys
• Invoice entry
• Prepare notices
• Assist with marketing of available units
• General administrative support
• Special projects as assigned
• Additional tasks as assigned by Property Manager

About You:

• High school degree or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Multi family leasing manager experience 3+ years
• Real Page and One-Site experience a plus
• Appfolio experience a plus
• Self-starter who is determined to get the job done and takes pride in their work
• Excellent customer service and maintains a professional appearance
• Detail oriented with great organizational skills
• Must work weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
