Assistant Manager

Our Managers are trained to operate the store properly and efficiently, to always be able to take charge of the day and lead by example. Our Assistant Managers are trained with the goal to eventually become store managers themselves, as a growing company we always have more & new doors opening. Our goal is effective, team-orientated leaders with the drive for a positive work environment!

Expectations include maintaining proper communication with the entire crew, train & lead Shift Managers, order/date truck orders, assist in scheduling, ensure proper cash handling and the best guest experience for each of our customers while maintaining an uplifting & fun place of work.

We are looking for Team Members, Team Leads, and Shift Managers. All positions will be hired in as Team Members or Team Leads and promoted from within. Starting pay is determined by experience, which is preferred however not required.
Food handlers certification preferred.
Daily expectations include arriving to work on time, capability to perform in every station of the bakery, engaging with the team, customer service expectations, cash handling and eagerness for a positive work environment!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour

With our team's safety and comfort in mind we have a POS shield, enforce masks by employee and customers alike, enforce hand washing procedures and supply separate gloves for Cashier use.
