Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant GM in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Support staff training and development to maintain high service quality
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Assist in managing reservations, seating arrangements, and overall restaurant flow
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and controlling costs

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong leadership and team management skills
