Assistant Manager

What We’re Looking For

• Previous fast-food, restaurant, or quick-service experience
• Previous leadership or management experience
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Responsible and able to take ownership of the shift
• Comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Able to stay calm, organized, and productive during busy periods
• Willing to help wherever needed and lead by example
• Able to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. (We're closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas)
• Must be punctual and dependable

Responsibilities

As the Night Assistant Manager, you will help oversee the cafe during evening and closing shifts. Responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting team members throughout the shift
• Providing excellent customer service
• Ensuring food and smoothies are prepared according to company standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
• Managing the flow of the shift and delegating tasks
• Handling customer concerns professionally
• Following cash-handling and operational procedures
• Ensuring closing duties are completed accurately and efficiently
• Checking that the restaurant is properly cleaned and prepared for the next day
• Helping maintain food-safety and sanitation standards
• Communicating important shift information to management
• Holding team members accountable while maintaining a positive work environment

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
