We’re seeking an Assistant Manager to help guide, mentor and inspire our high‑performing Angle Park team. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you’ll lead by example, drive exceptional customer experiences, and support smooth, efficient branch operations.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and key internal stakeholders.
• Lead, coach and support your team to create an inclusive, positive and high‑performing workplace.
• Champion safety and compliance across all branch procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement alongside your Branch Manager.

About You

• Ideally have a background in electrical wholesale, trades or construction
• Experience in a customer‑facing role with a passion for sales and operational excellence.
• Enthusiastic, ambitious and eager to grow your career with us.
• Leadership or mentoring experience
