Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve departmental KPIs.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching to improve sales productivity.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Manage daily department operations, manpower planning and staff scheduling.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment activities.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Work closely with vendors and promoters to drive sales and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Sales-driven with good business acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in consumer electronics, electrical appliances or retail industry will be an added advantage.
