Assistant Manager – Peddler’s Mall

Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour
Typical Shifts: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, with some 10:45 AM–7:15 PM shifts

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Peddler’s Mall! We’re a fun, fast-paced indoor flea market environment where every day is a little different.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, providing great customer service, helping vendors, and keeping the store running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who is responsible, energetic, and enjoys being part of a team.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and helpful customer service

Assist customers and vendors with questions and concerns
Help oversee daily store operations
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Handle cash register and transactions accurately
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Assist vendors with their needs
Help resolve customer or vendor concerns professionally
Support the Store Manager and team with daily tasks
Help ensure store policies and procedures are followed
Work as a team to create a positive experience for customers and vendors
