Assistant Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer service and efficient management of staff. This position requires communication skills, good manners, and a positive outlook are important. The manager must be Safe Serve Certified and have, preferably, some management experience. Snoopy’s requires background checks and drug tests for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management.
• Manage sales strategies to meet store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Utilize POS systems for transactions & sales reporting.
• Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff and resolving conflicts.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant store management is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
• Proficiency in administrative functions related to restaurant operations.
• Familiarity with POS systems and their application in daily transactions.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
