Assistant Manager

The Brotherhood Of Pursuits & Pastimes Leeds are looking for a Passionate and enthusiastic Manager to join our team, joining us in taking sport and specialty drinks to the next level.

The Brotherhood, an Independent Sports Bar, founded almost a decade ago, prides itself on being a place like no other, bringing the stadium into the bar.

We are looking for someone with tons of character and a go-getter.

We have lots of regulars who are like family to us so we'd love it if you love a good natter too.

The Role

The Role would be for a confident individual with previous bar management experience.The right candidate will have previous stock control experience and have a good knowledge of drink and industry experience, are customer focused with great customer service skills.

We are looking for someone with strong ambitions within the industry and someone that would fit in and be able to make an impact on our teams.

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Bar Manager and the AGM in their roles whilst helping achieve targets set.

Opening and closing the venue whilst managing the bar team along with being a key part in the training and progression of the team.

An experienced hospitality Assistant manager that is able to help lead a team from the front, driving performance in a fast paced, complex environment.

·A strong communicator that has consideration and care, ensuring the team feel heard + and supported.·Experienced in Stock management and bring forward ideas to help drive sales.

·A passionate leader with experience of managing your team’s performance and development.

A forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.

·An individual who leads to inspire and engage their team to be constantly learning in their role and career

:Salary starting at £29k with a £3k bonus based on targets and paid quarterly.
