*Hiring - Assistant Restaurant Manager**/ Restaurant Operation Manager***

Location: Patang Hotel, Ahmedabad
Department: Food & Beverage – Luxury Dining

Salary + FOOD + ACCOMODATION + Monthly 4 weekoff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Supervise and motivate the F&B service team to deliver luxury dining standards.
• Ensure excellent guest service, table management and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor restaurant opening/closing procedures, mise-en-place and service readiness.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar and other departments for seamless operations.
• Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, discipline and SOP compliance.
• Manage reservations, VIP guests and special occasions.
• Support sales, upselling and revenue-generation initiatives.
• Assist with staff training, scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and hotel standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Hotel Management / Hospitality qualification preferred.
• Relevant experience in luxury dining / premium restaurant operations.
• Strong communication, leadership and guest-handling skills.
• Well-groomed, presentable and service-oriented.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Candidates with immediate joining availability will be preferred.
