Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily store operations, ensuring all activities align with company policies and standards
• Oversee cash handling, cashiering procedures and tasks with accuracy and integrity
• Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, returns, and inventory updates efficiently
• Increase store traffic while maintaining excellent customer relations

Qualifications

• Proven supervising or team management experience within a retail environment
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated expertise in retail sales, merchandising, pricing, and store management practices
• Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques
• Ability to handle administrative responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy in math calculations
