2. Supplier Performance Management:

a. Achieve supplier delivery rating targets

b. Chronic supplier Management - Skill (improvement trend)

c. Zero premium freight due to scheduling Error

d. Logistic requirements sign off with Supplier

e. Long lead parts planning /settling claims on time

f. Ramp up and Ramp down / EOL Planning process

g. Lead time analysis / EDI / ASN Performance

3. Inventory Management and internal control/ PI/W2W

a. Achieve ATR as per targets with clear Road map

b. Control E&O, Exercise control to meet as per forecast

c. Ageing analysis and take action on slow moving

d. Meet PI plan and improve accuracy level with deep dive Root cause analysis ( < 0.5 %), Gross ( 3 %)

e. Internal control process adherence / Sox control

f. Safety Metrics - Adherence/ Directives - Adherence

4. Packaging & Labeling / Ware house Management - Packaging improvement (density improvement /Alternate method)/ Re usable Pkg Management process

5. Maintain 5S and achieve score > 95 %(as per targets)/ w/h Visual Management

6. Ware house capacity planning, PFEP, reduce w/h Location 10 % compare last year

7. W/H Materials Equipment handling Planning, Efficiency improvement, Man power Optimization

8. FIFO / Traceability

9. E -Kanban/VSM sign off/JIT/JIS

10. Achieve Government Incentives / benefits/ Familiar about Government Incentive process

11. Meet Freight/Duty Forecast and improve efficiency through Logistic savings

12. freight audit, on time payment to FF
