Assistant Manager

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in factory outlet, retail, showroom, or textile/garments sales management.
• Experience in textile, garments, apparel, or fashion retail will be preferred.
• Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the factory outlet.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Manage and motivate the outlet sales team to improve productivity and performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, and replenishment requirements.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and management teams for smooth product availability.
• Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Monitor daily sales, cash collection, billing, and outlet expenses.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Control stock loss, damages, shortages, and inventory discrepancies.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, discipline, safety, and overall presentation of the outlet.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
• Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Support promotional campaigns and special sales activities.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and statutory requirements
