About the Role

As Assistant Manager at Ito, you will:

• Support in overseeing daily operations
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the FOH team during service
• Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and guest experience
• Work closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless execution of our Japanese–Italian concept
• Uphold Ito’s reputation as a leading 1-Hatted dining destination

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or senior FOH leader in fine dining or high-end hospitality
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Confidence in food and beverage knowledge, ideally with exposure to Japanese cuisine and/or Italian wines.
• Ability to thrive in a precise, fast-paced service environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and team development
