Key role & responsibilities -
- Manage TextileGenesis platform activities and company account.
- Upload and maintain PO, production, shipment, transaction and fibre/material data.
- Coordinate with suppliers, mills, factories, customers and TextileGenesis support team.
- Ensure traceability and chain-of-custody data is accurate from fibre to finished product.
- Generate and maintain transaction records/certificates and resolve data discrepancies.
- Follow up internally to ensure timely data submission.
- Prepare reports for customers, audits and management.
- Support compliance with sustainability, recycled-material and traceability requirements.
