  • Understanding key business figures, including staffing costs, labour percentages and sales targets.
  • Making informed, on-the-job decisions that support the commercial performance of the business.
  • Delegating effectively and supporting team members to ensure the smooth running of each service.
  • Representing The Talbot professionally and positively at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Passionate about hospitality, food, drink and great customer service.
  • Confident and professional, with the ability to lead by example.
  • Organised, reliable and able to work well under pressure.
  • Commercially aware and interested in understanding what makes a successful hospitality business.
  • Comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Keen to develop their career within hospitality.

Previous management experience is preferred but not essential. Full training and support will be provided for the right person.
