Duties

• Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage retail sales activities, ensuring that team members meet sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies for improving store performance and customer engagement.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or as a Sale Lead is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales is a plus.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Experience in cash handling and administrative duties is essential.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.53 per hour
