Assistant Manager

The Car Wash Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations at a high-volume express car wash location. This includes team leadership, customer satisfaction, sales performance, equipment maintenance, and site profitability. The Manager ensures efficient daily operations while delivering a fast, safe, and high-quality customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred but not required)
• 1–3 years of supervisory or management experience (retail, automotive, or service industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer service-focused mindset
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Lift up to 25–50 lbs
• Work in wet, noisy, and fast-paced environments
