Job Description Assistant Manager – Mining (Coal Mine)

Qualification: Degree in Mining Engineering.

Certification: First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Coal).

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in coal mining operations.

Job Responsibilities:

i) Supervise day-to-day coal mining operations.

ii) Monitor coal production and achieve production targets.

iii) Ensure compliance with mining safety rules and DGMS regulations.

iv) Supervise manpower, machinery, and contractors.

v) Maintain daily production reports and statutory records.

vi) Ensure workplace safety and environmental compliance.

vii) Coordinate with the Mine Manager and other departments.

Location: Kerandari Coal Mining Project
