Assistant Manager

Spaccanapoli Pizzeria is looking for a passionate, motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team!

We’re all about great pizza, quality ingredients, excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for hospitality and can help us deliver an outstanding experience every day.

The Role

As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the pizzeria.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the day-to-day management of the restaurant
• Leading, motivating and supporting the team during service
• Ensuring excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness and hygiene
• Assisting with staff training, rotas and team development
• Overseeing opening and closing procedures
• Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally
• Managing stock levels and helping to minimise waste
• Ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently, especially during busy services

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or management role
• A confident leader who enjoys motivating a team
• Organised, reliable and able to take initiative
• Passionate about food, hospitality and customer service
• Calm under pressure and comfortable in a busy restaurant environment
• A strong communicator with a positive, hands-on approach
• Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends when required
