Assistant Manager

Massage Envy Woodmore is looking for a friendly and dedicated Assistant Spa Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our spa family, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our spa while creating an exceptional experience for our clients.

As an Assistant Manager, you will work with the Business Manager to achieve the following:

• Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
• Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
• Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
• Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Assess overall company performance against objectives
• Represent the company in events, conferences etc.

Commission Structure:

Monthly commission:

• 1-4 memberships: $5 per membership
• 5-11 memberships: $10 per membership
• 12-19 memberships: $20 per membership
• 20+ memberships: $30 per membership

Additional bi-weekly commission:

• Sell 5 memberships: $1 raise for hours worked
• Sell 10 memberships: $2 raise for hours worked

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
