Assistant Store Manager

The Weigh In Dispensary is looking for a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Assistant Store Manager to join our growing team in Pine Plains, NY.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and understands the importance of providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily store operations and supervising staff
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment
• Managing inventory, receiving products, and ensuring accurate records
• Helping maintain compliance with New York State cannabis regulations
• Handling cash, registers, and daily closing procedures
• Training and supporting team members
• Taking responsibility for store operations when the manager or owners are unavailable

What we're looking for:

• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Retail or management experience preferred
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willingness to learn and grow with the business
• Must meet New York State requirements for employment at a licensed cannabis dispensary
