Assistant Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the restaurant. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to the success of the business.

Duties:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage, direct, and motivate FOH and BOH staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering food, paper, and alcohol.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
  -Assist with checking in, and putting away food and beverage deliveries
• Assist with scheduling, interviewing, and hiring of new employees

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role
• Team player
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
• Strong desire to learn and grow with the company
• Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant software
• Proven ability to manage a team and drive results
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
