Job highlights

• Responsible for achieving on-time productivity within a shift as per production plan .

• Direct and issue timely instructions to supervisor and operators in order to achieve the production targets during the shift

• Responsible for improving the operator skill set by providing them input for training requirement by updating skill metrics .

• Responsible for ensuring process and product compliance.

• Responsible for controlling rejections by analysing the skills set of the operators

• Ensure new production methods are implemented in order to increase the efficiency of the machine

• Co-ordination with PPC planning and scheduling of production in consultation with production supervisor

• Direct and issue timely instructions to supervisor and operators in order to achieve the production targets during the shift.

• OEE improvement analysis of in-house rejection, COPQ preparation of detailed actionplan and execution through the PDCA cycle.

• Involved in Complete CNC Programming, fixture setting, try-outs, process mapping, preparation ofcontrolplan, FAI, FMEA, APQP for the new component as per the schedule and making the best possible improvements.

• Involve in Capacityplanning,Plant facility budgeting, completeplantlayout finalizations.
