Job Purpose:

The individual will be a part of Corporate Accounts team assisting managing accounting including preparation of MIS and other reports and various applicable compliances including but not limited to Payroll including, tax withholding, Goods and Services tax, Corporate tax, etc.

Role Responsibilities:

• Preparation and Filing various GST Returns GSTR1, GSTR 3B, GSTR 9/9C, DRC-03
• Preparation of Input Tax Credit (ITC) Reconciliation between 3B and GSTR 2A/2B and making various variations report on the basis of reconciliation and taking corrective measures into the books as per reconciliation reports
• Preparation the compliances related to Reverse Charge Mechanism provisions
• Preparation of E-invoicing and through ERP and GST Portal
• Preparation and Submission of response on Clarification Notices issued by GST Department
• Accounts Records to Maintained Under GST - Stock Register, Input tax credit availed, Output tax payable and paid
• Vendor Tax Credit Reconciliation - Identify track and communicate on vendor wise input tax disallowances
• Advising on expense with regard to TDS liabilities
• Knowledge of TDS on various expense heads
• Preparation of computation and advance Tax
• Preparation and Filing of Quarterly e-TDS filling of form 26Q, Form 27Q and form 24Q
• Filling the revised TDS returns
• Calculation of TDS As per sections i.e., 194C, 194J, 194B, 194H, 194I And 194A
• Preparation and Filing of Income Tax returns and Tax Audit Reports
• Preparation of various detail for Income Tax Scrutiny
• Preparation the data for tax audit report
• Reconciliation of 26AS
• Generation and distribution of form 16 16A
• Preparation the annual financial statements
• Checking the investment proof of employees
• Coordination with auditors and tax consultants for various tax related matters
• Preparation of various reports summary for Management Information Systems MIS
• Filling of Income tax returns
• Tax Ledger - Maintain, review, reconcile tax ledger

Desired Skills:

• analytical thought processes to understand and interpret legal provisions of relevant laws
• Should have experience of working with both Indian and foreign clients
• Fully conversant with English language read, write and spoken

Qualification:

B. Com, MBA, experience in professional services firm or more than 3-4 years post-qualification experience in industry.

Expert in accounting issues and accounting standards (including IND AS) as applicable in India.

Good practical knowledge of tax withholding, payroll processing, direct and indirect tax compliances.

Basic understanding of labour laws, economic laws, exchange control matters and Companies Act 2013.
