What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the team and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
• Overseeing bar operations, stock, and service standards.
• Driving performance, training staff, improving our online reviews and keeping them shining.
• Rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in every part of the business.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in bar/venue management, ideally in a pub setting.
• A natural leader who’s cool under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality, people, and making an impact.

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
