Assistant Manager

This is a full-time, salaried position.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager will assist the General Manager in overseeing any and all job functions that contribute to the successful operation of Craggy Range Bar & Grill. This position will have the opportunity to lead and support an exceptional team of unique individuals. The Assistant Manager will help coordinate all restaurant operations including customer service, employment development/relations, product development, and administrative requirements.

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years of experience managing a full-service dining environment, or equal experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
• Must possess exemplary leadership skills and be able to lead a team of 50+ employees
• Detailed and diverse food and beverage experience and knowledge preferred
• Must have a working knowledge of restaurant POS systems
• Must have experience with internet software, spreadsheet, and word processing software
• Restaurant financial (i.e., P&L) experience and knowledge is preferred
• Experience in catering/banquets, and/or experience working in proximity with a professional sports organization is preferred
