Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the bakery. This role helps ensure exceptional guest service, maintains high food safety and cleanliness standards, supports team development, and assists in achieving sales and operational goals. The Assistant Manager leads by example and helps create a positive, fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily opening, closing, and shift management.
• Supervise and coach team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure all products are prepared, displayed, and served according to brand standards.
• Help train and onboard new employees.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Support sales initiatives and local marketing efforts.
• Assist with cash handling, deposits, and daily reporting.
• Step into leadership responsibilities when the General Manager is unavailable.

REQUIREMENTS

• Positive attitude and strong leadership skills.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality preferred but not required
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
