What they need

Lead a sales team of 10-40 in EdTech & BFSI. Drive monthly revenue and admission targets, control attrition, train team on sales and counselling, run daily huddles, audit calls, ensure daily CRM updates and ethical selling.

Required Candidate profile

Min 1-3 yrs sales experience mandatory (EdTech, BFSI, insurance or telesales). Team handling preferred. Good Hindi & English. Remote roles need laptop and stable internet.
