Key Responsibilities:

Account Strategy

• Plan by account: Develop and execute account-specific ABM strategies and plans aligned to business and client priorities.
• Find the growth: Partner with Account Leaders to identify growth opportunities, map key stakeholders and buying groups, and set engagement priorities.

Programmes, Content & Engagement

• Create programmes that resonate: Design targeted campaigns, thought leadership, events and executive engagement programmes.
• Tell the account story: Build compelling account narratives, case studies and industry-led content that demonstrate tangible client outcomes.
• Personalise at depth: Drive personalised engagement across key client stakeholders and buying groups.

Pipeline, Growth & Measurement

• Influence pipeline: Partner with Sales and Delivery to support pipeline creation, cross-sell and account expansion.
• Prove impact: Track ABM performance, stakeholder engagement and marketing-influenced pipeline.
• Keep improving: Continuously identify new ways to improve account engagement and marketing impact.

What You Bring:

• 610 years of experience in ABM, B2B or enterprise marketing, integrated marketing or demand generation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise accounts, stakeholder mapping and personalised marketing.
• Strong skills in content, storytelling, campaigns and executive engagement.
• A data-driven mindset focused on business and revenue outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
