Duties

• Manage all aspects of café operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
• Train and mentor staff in food safety practices, hospitality, and customer service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients for food production.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a café or restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff.
• Excellent communication skills to foster a positive working environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary operations.
• Background in hospitality with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Culinary experience with the ability to create diverse menu offerings.
• Familiarity with barista techniques is an advantage for managing beverage services.
