Assistant Manager

ASSISTANT MANAGER – Lakewood Apartment Homes

TriVest McNeil Real Estate have an immediate opening for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager would be assisting in the administration, leasing and supervision of personnel and would be someone that can demonstrate individual commitment to a group effort.

Job Duties:

* Assist the Community Manager in effectively managing the community

* Maintain accurate reporting of rents and deposits received

* Maintain positive customer relations attitude

* Physically inspect property and report service needs

* Greet prospective clients, show community and perform leasing duties as needed

* Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends

* Contribute ideas to Community Manager for marketing property and improving resident satisfaction

* Process move-in and move-outs

Qualifications

* Minimum of 2 year experience as an assistant apartment community manager

* Bi-Lingual Preferred

* OneSite/RealPage or Entrata experience preferred

* Successful experience in collections

* Microsoft Office Experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Knowledge of all phases of leasing and resident retention

* Able to perform needed physical duties (sitting, standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, etc.)

* Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance

* Available to work some scheduled weekends
