Position Available:

Tuscan Sun Spa & Salon in Morgantown is currently seeking a knowledgeable and talented Assistant Manager to join our team of spa professionals! This is a full-time position and training will be available to qualified applicants.

Position Overview:

• Interview and train prospective team members according to company standards
• Lead Tuscan Sun Spa and Salon's team in a motivating manner
• Actively communicate the vision of Tuscan Sun Spa and Salon to team members
• Ensure customer service, revenue, and efficiency goals and expectations are met and exceeded
• Resolve issues with clients and team members
• Maintain paperwork related to clients and team members
• Provide exceptional customer service to every client
• Assist with any cleaning tasks and daily responsibilities
• Attend regular staff meetings and training

Applicant Requirements:

• Must possess one to two years of experience in the salon and/or spa industry
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Proven ability to lead a large team
• Computer skills
