Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager , you will support the Service Center Manager by leading daily operations, supervising and training hourly staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include performing vehicle maintenance, educating guests on services, managing work schedules, assisting with inventory, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. You will also help build a high-performance team to deliver a differentiated service experience.

Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service settings, with strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using performance data to identify improvements, flexibility to work on weekends, and fluency in English are required. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled conditions is necessary.
