Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager , you will support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team to deliver exceptional vehicle maintenance and customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil and car maintenance services, supervising daily operations, training new employees, and ensuring adherence to company policies. You will build customer loyalty through excellent service, manage employee schedules, assist with inventory, and oversee store safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service environments, with a strong customer service mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, utilize KPI data for performance improvement, and demonstrate good judgment under pressure is essential. High school diploma or equivalent and English fluency are required. Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varied environments is necessary.
