Job Description Finance Executive

Location: Manesar | Working Days: 6 days/week | Experience: 3 - 8 years

Qualifications

• CA Intermediate / IPCC passed (both groups preferred).
• M.Com / MBA Finance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS.
• Manage month-end closing, statutory audits, and internal controls.
• Prepare monthly MIS and perform variance analysis.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), vendor payments, customer collections, and reconciliations.
• Review contracts, POs, work orders, and commercial terms.
• Monitor project billing, revenue recognition, unbilled revenue, and revenue leakage.
• Track project milestones, resolve billing disputes, and identify commercial risks.
• Coordinate with Project, Sales, Operations, Billing, and Finance teams.
