Assistant Manager

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including staff management, scheduling, and customer service.

Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff.

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism are maintained throughout the outlet.

Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Monitor and analyze company performance metrics, such as sales figures, appointment bookings, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Implement and enforce salon policies and procedures, including safety regulations and sanitation standards.

Stay informed about industry trends, products, and techniques to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements:
At least 5 years in relevant experience.

To be able to manage pressure of multi customers service requests and time management.

Able to work irregular timing.

To be able to understand Customer needs.
