Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager , you will support the Service Center Manager in leading daily operations, supervising and training staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, educating guests on vehicle needs, managing staff schedules, assisting with inventory and store audits, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. You will help build a high-performance team to deliver a trusted, quick service experience that fosters customer loyalty.

Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service settings, with a customer-focused mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in using KPI data for performance monitoring, schedule flexibility, and strong communication skills are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled conditions.
