Assistant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Fit-Out / Tenant Projects to oversee the successful delivery of tenant Fit-Out projects within DIFC, Dubai , from initial coordination through execution, inspection and final project close-out.

💼 Position: Assistant Manager – Fit-Out / Tenant Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee tenant Fit-Out projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
• Coordinate closely with landlords, tenants, contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders .
• Ensure all Fit-Out activities comply with DIFC requirements, approved designs, Fit-Out guidelines and applicable regulations .
• Conduct regular site inspections, project reviews and quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and required standards.
• Prepare and issue Retail Delivery milestones in accordance with lease requirements.
• Supervise tenant Fit-Out works and coordinate with contractors to ensure progress against agreed milestones.
• Lead and guide the Fit-Out team , providing direction and support to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor Fit-Out-related technical issues and ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and project criteria.
• Oversee or prepare Lease Outline Drawings (LOD), Tenant Fit-Out Manuals and Logistics Manuals .
• Conduct Fit-Out induction meetings for tenants and contractors, explaining project procedures and requirements.
• Manage project documentation and technical records required for project close-out.
• Maintain regular communication with the landlord regarding project progress, milestones, risks, issues and changes .
• Prepare and present comprehensive project progress reports to internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead weekly project update meetings with the landlord.
• Conduct weekly site walks for ongoing projects and monitor progress against submitted work programmes.

Candidates with experience in premium commercial developments, retail environments, mixed-use properties, shopping destinations or large-scale property/Facilities Management environments would be particularly relevant.
