Salt Suite Wellness Center Wellington is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, dependable, and motivated Full-Time Assistant Manager to join our growing wellness family!

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, enjoys building relationships, and is excited to help our wellness center thrive.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily wellness center operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and guest experiences.
• Educate guests about our wellness therapies, memberships, and packages.
• Actively promote memberships, services, and retail products.
• Assist with staff supervision, scheduling, and training.
• Handle appointments, transactions, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Help increase customer retention, membership sales, and overall business growth.
• Take leadership responsibility when owners are not present.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Has previous supervisory or management experience (preferred).
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is confident in sales and customer relationship building.
• Is organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Has a friendly, outgoing personality and a positive attitude.
• Is comfortable with computers and appointment scheduling systems.
• Can work 36–40 hours per week, including weekends.
• Has a genuine interest in health, wellness, and helping others.
