Store: Letterkenny - Co. Donegal Availability: 09:30 - 18:00 Monday - Wednesday and Saturday

9:30 - 19:00 - Thursday - Friday

12:00 - 18:00 - Sundays

5 Days out of 7 Contract: 37.5hrs - Full Time

Pay: €15.65ph + Uncapped commission + Incentives

About The Role We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our dynamic Vodafone retail store team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong sales and management skills who is eager to develop and progress in their career.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store, supporting the Store Manager, and leading the team to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales targets while motivating and coaching the team.
• Support with daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring an outstanding experience.
