Assistant Manager

Job Summary
Directly report to and support the General Manager, manage front desk staff, provide for a safe and effective workplace, ensure compliance to gym policies and procedures, and create a positive experience for our members.

Requirements

• Must have manager experience
• Upbeat Attitude
• Experience in training employees
• Knowledge about the fitness industry
• Active CPR/AED Certification from a nationally recognized certifying authority

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Deal with customer complaints in a calm and collected manner
• Supervision and management of front desk staff
• Make clients feel welcome (positive attitude)
• Manage front desk schedule
• Work front desk and sign up members
• Give tours of the gym
• Must maintain machine and gym cleanliness and make sure everything is in working order
• Complete all task given by supervisor in a timely manner

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
