Right now, we're on the lookout for an Assistant Manager who's got a knack for hospitality, loves a dynamic work environment, and is keen on making our guests' stays nothing short of amazing. Tasks:

· Share the responsibility of the day-to-day operations, including staff management, guest relations, and administrative tasks.

· Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a smile.

· Maintain our high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the hostel.

· Run the social media for Hostelle London.

· Assist leading the team and helping wherever needed to ensure the hostel runs well.

· Two weekly reception shifts.

· Manage the volunteer team

· Organise and manage the events run by Hostelle.

Requirements:

· A people person with a passion for making others feel welcome and valued.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask like a pro.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not essential – we're more interested in your attitude and willingness to learn!

· A passion for travel and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for our guests.

· Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed in a hospitality environment.

· Experience with Instagram and Tik Tok which includes you being comfortable behind and in front of the camera.
