Experience: 4-8 Years

Education: MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum Criteria :

Minimum 4 years of experience HR operations with mid-size firm

These third parties may process the data in accordance with the LKS instructions or make decisions regarding the data as part of the delivery of their services.

3. LKS may be required to disclose certain Candidate Data to other third parties (1) as per requirements of law (e.g., to tax and social security authorities); (2) to protect LKS’s legal rights (e.g., to defend a litigation suit); or (3) in an emergency where the health or security of the candidate is endangered.
