Assistant Manager

Overview The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager by ensuring an efficient and productive workflow throughout their assigned shift. In the absence of a Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will assume cafe responsibility and serve as the person in charge.ASMs are expected to be aware of the needs of the business, manage the counter flow, and delegate tasks to the operating team. ASMs are responsible for sharing feedback with management regarding shift outcomes and business needs. Position accountability includes: coaching, staff training, staff performance and development, service standards, cash handling, scheduling, customer incidents, property maintenance, inventory management and orders, and other assigned administrative tasks. They must have stellar communication skills, display leadership talent, and exercise excellent judgment.
