Assistant Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service within our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operational tasks
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
• Assist in training and development of staff members
• Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy
• Oversee payroll processes and maintain records
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and help drive sales
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet deadlines
• Assist in store management duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Experience in training development is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Proficient in cash handling procedures
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and prioritize workload
• Familiarity with store management practices and procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.34 - $12.95 per hour
