- PF, ESIC & Statutory Compliance
- HRMS Management
- Attendance & Leave Management
- Payroll processing
- Ensure Manpower Availability for Rental Sites
- Employee Engagement & Festival Celebrations
- Organise Office Events & Parties
Preferred candidate profile
5 to 8 years HR experience (MBA in HR preferred)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of labour laws & compliance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
